1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Instagram Business account or Facebook Page to store2story, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

store2story provides digital enablement and automation tools for retail merchants and creators. When an Instagram user comments on your post or reel with a designated trigger keyword, our application resolves product details from your caption and sends an automated direct message (DM) and public comment reply.

3. User Responsibilities & Meta Policy Compliance

You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Meta's Terms of Service, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Commercial Policies.
Only link Instagram Professional/Business accounts and Facebook Pages that you own or are authorized to manage.
Not use the service for spam, deceptive advertising, abusive messaging, or unlawful activities.

4. Permissions & Access

store2story requires specific permissions granted through Facebook Login (including instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, instagram_manage_messages, and pages_show_list). You can revoke these permissions at any time via your Facebook account settings.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

store2story is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation resulting from third-party platform API outages or network disruptions.
