User Data Deletion Instructions

      In accordance with Meta Platform policies, store2story provides simple and transparent methods for merchants and users to disconnect our application and request the complete deletion of their data.
    

How to Remove store2story from Your Facebook Account

You can revoke store2story's access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts at any time:

Step 1: Open Facebook Settings

Step 2: Go to Business Integrations

In the sidebar, select Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).

Step 3: Remove store2story

Find store2story in your connected apps list, click View and Edit or check the box, and click Remove.

How to Request Complete Data Deletion

To permanently purge all records (including OAuth access tokens, client mappings, and webhook logs) associated with your Instagram account:

Send a Deletion Request

Email our team at contact@store2story.com or support@store2story.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include your Instagram Username or Facebook Page ID so we can immediately locate and purge your records.

All stored access tokens, account linkages, and log records will be permanently purged from our database within 48 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
